Janoski Farms Photography Policy
Professional photography fee: $20.00 per session
HOURS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8AM-6PM SATURDAY & SUNDAY 8AM-DARK
We are delighted that you are considering using our beautiful Farm as the backdrop for your photos. Janoski Farms is a scenic setting for family, engagement, wedding and senior pictures. The guidelines outlined below are intended for all guests, and a authorization is necessary for those who wish to use Janoski Farms as a setting for Professional photography (definition below). Remember that Janoski Farms is a public place as well as a working farm and that regular business and farm operations continue during normal operating hours.
*Professional photography (is defined as anyone being paid, in cash or barter, for their photographs. This includes photographers for whom photography is not their primary source of income.)
*Visitors must check in at Janoski’s Retail Store between the hours of 9am-6pm (no appointment necessary) before exploring the grounds unattended, and Janoski Farms reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas based on crop production.
*Payment is required prior to the beginning of each session. Cash, check and credit card are accepted.
*All photography must be “family friendly”. No suggestive photographs are permitted on property.
*Note: Other photographers may also be on the property during your sessions. Please be courteous of their sessions.
*Published photographs (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, websites, etc.) should credit the location of the photograph (Janoski Farms Clinton, PA).
*All photographers and clients are expected to be courteous and respectful of Janoski’s property, customers and activities while on the premises.
